Clear control on both sides.
Your organisation remains in control of the admission journey while LUIT manages the agreed first local interface. Every scope decision is written down, approved, and reviewed — not improvised per visitor.

Every interaction falls into one of two columns: what the partner controls, and what the Hub provides.
What remains with you. What the Hub manages.
The two sides are divided by design. Neither side improvises. Both sides know exactly what is theirs.
What remains with you.
The strategic, commercial, and academic decisions that shape your organisation's future.
- Marketing and lead generation
- Admissions and documentation
- Fee collection and refunds
- Academic delivery
- Final enrolment decisions
- Internal counselling policies
- Official commitments and public statements
What the Hub manages.
The physical, operational, and coordination layer that turns a visit into a qualified enquiry.
- Professional Guwahati presence
- Reception and walk-in handling
- Approved first-level information
- Visitor enquiry recording
- Partner-team coordination
- Periodic visitor reporting
- Brand-safe communication
Brand protection by design.
The Hub operates as a structured multi-partner platform. Partner branding appears in designated consultation areas, while common spaces remain professionally neutral and education-focused. This protects each partner's brand from being diluted or accidentally mixed with another partner's identity.
Approved scope, always
All information is shared strictly within the approved scope. No unauthorised commitments are made on your behalf. Visitors get accurate information, not plausible guesses.
Documented accountability
All interactions are documented and handled with full accountability, keeping your brand protected at every point. Every enquiry record is traceable.
Partner retains control
The partner organisation retains complete control over what is communicated and how follow-up is handled. Nothing is said on your behalf without written approval.
This creates a serious, reassuring experience for families while protecting your brand. Visitors experience the professionalism expected from a well-staffed, established education office — at a fraction of the cost of a standalone setup. Meanwhile, no visitor ever hears a claim you have not approved.
What the Hub is authorised to share.
The approved information pack is the single source of truth for every Hub conversation about your organisation. It is a living document — updated as programmes and policies change.
Programme details
Programme names, course structures, entry requirements, and typical timelines — in the exact wording you have approved.
Fees and policies
Approved fee ranges, payment structure, refund policy statements, and any scholarship or discount positions you want communicated.
Contact and escalation
Named partner contacts for follow-up, escalation routes for urgent enquiries, and the defined enquiry routing channel.
Four commitments that keep the partnership working.
The Hub can only deliver brand-safe, accurate interactions when the partner provides the material and the process.
Approved information pack
Programme, fees, policies, and approved statements — in writing, before activation, updated as things change.
Designated partner contact
A named person or team who receives enquiry records and handles follow-up within the agreed timeline.
Escalation route
A clear path for urgent visitor enquiries and complaints — so nothing stalls at the Hub level.
Brand assets and guidelines
Logo, colour usage, and any approved promotional material for the partner's designated consultation area.
Handled carefully, shared precisely.
Visitor information is personal information. The Hub handles it under a defined process, shares it only through the agreed routing channel, and does not repurpose it for marketing.
Where the partner uses visitor data for their own marketing, that use is defined in the partner's own privacy policy — not by LUIT. This separation keeps responsibilities clean.
- Visitor details recorded at the Hub only for the purpose of partner follow-up
- Shared with the partner only through the agreed routing channel
- Not used for Hub-side marketing or sold to third parties
- Retained for the period defined in the written scope
- Deleted on written request from the partner or the visitor
- Partner's own downstream use is governed by their own privacy policy
Questions about scope and boundaries.
Why does the partnership need a written scope?
A written scope protects both sides. It defines what the Hub manages, what stays with the partner, how information is shared, how escalation works, and what counts as an acceptable visitor interaction. Without it, the partnership becomes fragile at the first ambiguity.
What is the approved information pack?
A written set of programme details, fees, timelines, policies, and statements that the partner has explicitly approved for the Hub to share. The pack is a living document updated as programmes and policies change. Nothing outside the pack is shared.
Can LUIT staff make admission decisions on our behalf?
No. The Hub does not make admission decisions, quote fees outside the approved pack, offer scholarships or discounts, or commit to any outcome. All decisions rest with the partner's internal team.
How is partner branding handled inside the Hub?
Partner branding appears in the designated consultation area assigned to the partner. Shared spaces — reception, common meeting areas — remain professionally neutral and education-focused. This protects each partner's brand from being diluted or accidentally mixed with another partner's identity.
How are visitor enquiries routed back to us?
Through the agreed channel defined in the written scope — email, dashboard, or other agreed system. Every enquiry record contains the visitor's details, question areas, and contact preferences, ready for the partner's follow-up.
Can the scope change after activation?
Yes. Scope, information pack, reporting, and escalation contacts are all adjustable by mutual written agreement. Changes take effect only after written confirmation, not on informal instruction.
What happens if a visitor asks something outside the approved scope?
The hub records the question, does not improvise an answer, and routes it to the partner's team for direct response. This keeps the partnership reliable — visitors get accurate information, not plausible guesses.
Define the partnership before the first visitor.
A written scope helps protect your brand and creates a reliable experience for students and parents. Tell LUIT Education the boundaries that matter to your organisation, and we'll map them into the partnership.
